We use local browser storage only for practical tool state where useful, such as the percolation timer. Calculator inputs otherwise run locally in your browser without an account.
Advertising and analytics
SepticSpec uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic and tool usage, and Google advertising code may be loaded on content and calculator pages. Consent Mode defaults analytics and advertising storage to denied. For users in the UK, EEA and Switzerland, required choices must be handled through a Google-certified consent management platform. SepticSpec is designed to use Google Privacy & Messaging rather than a home-made advertising-consent banner.
Change your choice
Open privacy and cookie settings. If the Google consent interface is available, the link reopens its privacy choices. You can also clear site data in your browser to remove local tool state.
